Owner | BIM Standards
Vancouver Airport Authority is a community-based, not-for-profit organization that manages Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
The Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) recognizes the benefits of a BIM process and has retained Summit BIM to assist in the development of BIM Standards for use by design and construction teams on future YVR capital projects. As this moves towards completion, Summit will be working with Design and Construction teams to insure that these standards are adhered to and that YVR is receiving the BIM benefits that they have been summarized in our initial needs analysis with them. One of the goals of this engagement is to demonstrate how a client like YVR can engage effectively with a variety of providers to structure data if the process is guided and monitored by an agent acting on their behalf.
