Finally!! Revit Collaboration in the Cloud with Project Skyscraper


Autodesk announced back in June that they were going to address some of the collaboration complexities in the Revit product portfolio by introducing Project Skyscraper. 
Briefly, Skyscraper is going to put your Central file up in the Cloud using Autodesk 360 and your session of Revit will then be able to access it there.  What this allows is a very simple solution to the complex issue of using Revit server over a WAN between different company’s domains.  I have been using it for the past couple of weeks and it looks very promising.  We don’t have any information yet on pricing or how they are going to roll it out but stay tuned here and as soon as we know anything we will post it.  If you want more detailed info go to one of the links below.
